The 2024 Alaska Safe Roadway Behaviors Symposium will be held at the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel. The conference rate is $229.00 per night. Reservations must be made before Thursday, August 22 to secure this rate.
The Alaska Highway Safety Office will pay for up to two nights of accommodations for registered attendees who travel more than 100 miles from the venue (the nights of 9/15 and 9/16). You will be required to use a credit card to hold your room. If you fail to cancel or modify (arrival/departure dates) your reservation by the appropriate dates, you will be charged and will not be reimbursed. We will be checking attendance at the Symposium to make sure that you did arrive. Once we have confirmed your arrival, we will transfer your accommodations to our Master account, and your credit card will not be charged, with the exception of any incidentals incurred that you may have charged to your room, which will remain your responsibility.
